Athletics Ursuline High School has participated in high school athletics and has been a member of the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) for many years. The athletic program at Ursuline has become one of the most well respected and successful programs in the State of Ohio. Ursuline’s athletic program emphasizes the importance of being a student-athlete and believes that a well-rounded education should include ample opportunities for participation in team sports. Ursuline High School's athletic program instills values of leadership, good judgment, maturity, sportsmanship, self-esteem, and spirit. Currently, Ursuline fields 17 varsity teams for both boys and girls. To view team schedules, please click on the team to the left. The success of Ursuline teams is evident in the number of district, regional and state championships. In addition to two golf state championships in 1975 and 1976, Ursuline state championships include boys’ (1994) and girls’ basketball (2004), football (2001 and 2008, 2009, 2010), and baseball (1988 and 2000). The success of our athletic program has allowed many of our student-athletes to continue playing after earning a college scholarship.
