Athletic Renovation Project

The following is a brief description of the work included in the renovation project:

1.) Reallocate 1700 square feet of existing Cafeteria space to accommodate a new Weight Room, Office, and Cottage Store

2.) Double the size of the boy's locker room toilet facilities to 491 square feet.

3.) Replace the existing lockers with new larger lockers designed to accommodate football equipment in both the boys and coaches locker areas.

4.) Increase the size of the Girl's Locker Room and Weight Room by 30%, 491 square feet. Provide additional metal lockers.

5.) Provide floor, wall and ceiling finishes for 6,100 + square feet of floor space.

6.) Replace the roof membrane system over the Dry Storage Room and make repairs to the exterior walls in the same area to correct moisture issues within the girls locker areas.

7.) Provide new energy efficient light fixtures in all the renovation areas.

8.) Mechanically we are relocating the cafeteria air conditioning system, improving locker room ventilation and providing a new air conditioning unit for the locker rooms.
