Parent Information Night October 10, 2007 7:30 PM – Deibel-Morley Arts Center All parents of 6th, 7th, & 8th graders are invited to a special parent information night on October 10 beginning at 7:30. Ursuline’s administrative team will present an overview of the Ursuline experience and our financial aid program, answer questions, and lead tours of the building. Please contact Fr. 8th Grade Days November 7 & 8 Ursuline High School 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
8th Grade Day is an opportunity for prospective students to spend a day at Ursuline High School. The day begins with an icebreaker activity followed by 3 sessions: a classroom visit, tour, and scavenger hunt. Students will also eat lunch, view the Ursuline Edge video, and play a special Ursuline game. A uniform is not required, but students are encouraged to dress appropriately. Lunch is courtesy of Ursuline, but students may pack their own lunch. If you do not attend one of our feeder schools, call Fr. This is an opportunity for 8th graders to see what a real day of classes is like at Ursuline. During a shadow day, you will be the guest of a member of our freshman class. You will follow the freshman's schedule throughout the day. In order to set up a visit, simply call Fr. Murphy at 330-744-4563. ______________________________________________________________________
Class of 2013 You’re Invited to 7th Grade Night Saturday, January 19 6:30 – 9 PM Ursuline High School Gym Invitations will be sent in the mail. 7th Grade Night has been changed to January 19. If you have already send in your RSVP, you do not have to do it again. We are still accepting RSVPs for January 19. The time is still 6:30-9. Don't miss out on the fun! All 7th graders are invited to Ursuline on Friday, January 11 for a fun and exciting night of competitions and food. The night will begin with several icebreakers, including Ursuline’s favorite tradition, Ships and Sailors. Following our icebreaker session students can choose from a number of different competitions, including basketball, volleyball, Texas Hold ‘em, crafts, foosball, ping-pong, and bean toss. Student Ambassadors will be available all evening to assist seventh graders. The night concludes with pizza and our award winning sundae bar. All students will also receive an Ursuline t-shirt. Win an iPod and other prizes during the 7th Grade Night Raffle For each competition you participate in during 7th Grade Night you will have the chance to win tickets that will be placed in the raffle drum. The more tickets you win the better chance you have for winning an iPod or other prizes. The raffle will take place at the end of the night.

Don't miss 5th and 6th Grade Day on Friday, April 4, 2008 when fifth and sixth graders are promoted to high school students for the day. As a high school student, the future classes of 2014 and 2015 will participate in sessions similar to the activities and classes of current Ursuline students. The sessions are educational, but also fun and exciting. The day includes three activities of the student's choosing, an original one-act play, lunch compliments of the Ursuline Student Council, and a closing mini-rally. Students who attend an Ursuline feeder school will be registered for 5th and 6th Grade Day at their school in early March. If you attend a private or public school, please call Matt Sammartino for more information at 330-744-4563. Everyone is welcome!
